Pied Piper Cruise Pictures 2012
We enjoyed a beautiful day on a cruise around Chebeague on May 27th.  Mark Dyer entertained 35 passengers, ages 5 to 80, who sang along, danced, enjoyed friends and, of course, the beautiful bay!
Memorial Weekend Cruise
Wink Houghton Benefit Cruise
Thanks to the CTC crew who donated their time, Christine Englund who donated the food, and Mark Dyer who donated the entertainment for the benefit cruise for Wink Houghton.
Marine Corps League
CTC's bus driver supervisor, Bud Quinn, organized a charter on the Pied Piper for his chapter of the Marine Corps League on June 23rd.  We traveled around the bay, enjoyed the music, saw some seals, and had a couple of thunderstorms!   As the pictures show, the mood wasn't dampened by the weather!
July 4th (well really the 5th) Fireworks Cruise
While on our way to the Portland Fireworks on July 4th, we learned that they had been cancelled.  So we returned to the island and quickly planned for the same cruise on the 5th.   We were joined by 71 passengers who all agreed it was a much more pleasant trip to and from Portland Harbor than the previous evening.  We even got to celebrate the Leonard triplets birthday with them and share their birthday cake!
Bath Heritage Days Cruise
70 people joined the CTC crew for a cruise up the Kennebec to Bath. With the annual Bath Heritage Days festival in full swing, there were plenty of sites to see during the 2 hour layover. The day was beautiful, and the passengers were happy.  Many have asked us to schedule more of this destination cruises!
Fall Foliage Cruise - October 7th
We finished the season with our biggest cruise every!  Eighty people joined us on our cruise to Maquoit Bay.  We were entertained by the Wanderers, and young and old alike enjoyed singing along and dancing.  Thanks to all for a successful cruise season - see you next year!
